  • All meals are made fresh to order and must be refrigerated at all times;
  • Our selection includes Hot and Cold options (some products can be heated up, some cannot);

PRODUCTS

What is fridge shelf-life?

Each product has an expiry date, please refer to the label. Average shelf life of Meals is 8-10 days, Fresh Salads’ is 4-6 days, and Soups’ is 14-21 days.

How long can I freeze meals for?

Frozen meals can be stored for up to 3 months. Please remember to freeze your fresh meals before they reach their use-by date.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $45.

DELIVERY

We deliver to selected areas around Perth and offer pickup from our Osborne Park location. Our Cart will automatically offer delivery options as per zones outlined below.
If we don’t deliver to your area, the following message will come up in your cart: No shipping options were found.

Zone 0: Free delivery in the areas of usual (daily) Rawsters operation.

Zone 1: $15 (Free delivery on orders over $150)

Delivery times

If an order is made for one of the offices we visit Mon-Fri, then the order will be delivered at the usual time of our visit.

Delivery to all other areas is done between 12pm and 2pm Mon-Fri.

Pick up address and time

Our address is:

Back of Unit 407, 396 Scarborough Rd, Osborne Park

We are open for pickups from 12:30 till 2:30pm Mon-Fri.

Please confirm the pick up option with us as we do not have a retail shop. The address belongs to our warehouse.

Can you leave an order if no one is at home?

We would prefer for someone to be able to receive your order in person as most of our products have to be refrigerated.

However, we can still leave your order in a pre-arranged safe spot. Please provide a Hard Cooler/Chiller and ice blocks at your delivery address.

Please write all drop off details at checkout (or email us) and that you are happy for us to leave your order at your own risk. Once the order has been dropped off, you will be notified via email.

How soon will I receive my order?

We work with several suppliers/brands. Each supplier has their own production time, please refer to product description for details.

Order status

If you would like to check when your order will arrive or change delivery details, the best way to contact us is email.

You will receive confirmation emails 24 hours & approximately 1 hour before delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled 48 hours before 6am on the expected date of delivery will incur an administration fee of 15% of the total order.

Orders cancelled after this time will be charged for in full.
